Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
Welcome to the website of Rasnow Integrative Wellness ("Rasnow Integrative Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.drrasnowhill.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Educational Information Only, Not Medical Advice
The content on the Website, including articles, guides, and resources in our Wellness Education Hub, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health care provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Website.
2. No Physician Patient Relationship
Using the Website, submitting the contact form, sending an email, or completing a free introductory consultation does not create a physician patient relationship. A physician patient relationship with our practice begins only after you complete our intake process and your initial consultation.
3. Medical Emergencies
Do not use the Website, contact form, email, text, or Patient Portal messaging for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We aim to reply to messages within 48 hours, so messages are not appropriate for urgent needs. For urgent but non emergency concerns, please call the office.
4. Telehealth Services
All care at Rasnow Integrative Wellness is provided virtually through secure telehealth. At the time of each visit, you must be physically located in a state where Rasnow Integrative Wellness is licensed to provide care. Currently, these states are California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Idaho, and this list may change. We may ask you to confirm your location before or during a visit. Telehealth has limitations, including the absence of an in person physical examination, and your provider may recommend in person care when appropriate. Additional consent forms may apply.
5. Membership, Fees, and Billing
Our membership program is governed by the membership and financial agreement you sign at enrollment. In general, memberships are billed annually and renew automatically on your enrollment anniversary; you may cancel by giving notice through the Patient Portal at least 14 days before the end of your 12 month term; and membership fees are not refundable once paid. Membership fees are not covered by Medicare or other insurance. Fees, benefits, and policies described on the Website may change. If anything on the Website differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
6. Insurance
Eligible visits may be billed to your insurance. You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and charges for claims your insurance denies. Details about the insurance plans we do and do not accept are available on our Membership and FAQs pages, and we encourage you to confirm your coverage with your insurance carrier.
7. Supplements and Third Party Products
Supplements and other products may be offered through third party dispensaries such as Fullscript. Those products are sold and fulfilled by the third party and are subject to its terms and policies. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please talk with your provider before starting any supplement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, and design, is owned by or licensed to Rasnow Integrative Wellness and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to:

10. Communications
Information sent through the Website contact form or regular email may not be secure. Please do not include detailed health information in these messages. Current patients should use the secure Patient Portal for health related communication.

The Website may contain links to third party websites and services, including scheduling tools, the patient portal, payment and invoicing services, and educational resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service.
