During this call, you’ll learn about our membership, complete intake paperwork, and receive your membership invoice ($450 individual / $750 family, or 50% off for cash pay patients not using insurance). The annual membership fee is $450 for individuals or $750 for families. Cash pay patients (not using insurance at all) receive a 50% discount: $225 for individuals or $375 for families. Membership covers services not billed to insurance, such as secure messaging, health coaching, supplement discounts, and access to member resources.

The one-hour initial consultation is billed to your insurance if you have eligible coverage. If you are a cash-pay patient, the consultation fee is $450, which includes your first follow up visit; additional follow up visits are $120 each. If insurance denies the claim, you are financially responsible for the $450 consultation fee.

Once enrolled, use the Schedule option in your Patient Portal to book directly with Dr. Rasnow-Hill.

All current patients are automatically included in the membership through September 30, 2025. To continue after that date, you’ll need to opt in by signing the financial agreement and paying your annual invoice.scription

You may continue to see Dr. Rasnow-Hill until that date. Afterward, an active membership will be required to book appointments or access services.

Yes. All visits at Rasnow Integrative Wellness are virtual. Care is provided through secure telehealth, available when you are physically located in states where we can legally provide services.

We aim to reply within 48 hours in most cases. For urgent issues, call the office Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific, at 916.623.4594 (Sacramento) or 805.265.3595 (Thousand Oaks) to speak with our staff. For emergencies, dial 911.

Yes. Provide notice at least 14 days before the end of your 12-month term via the Patient Portal. After cancellation, booking access pauses until you re-enroll.

Yes. Patients who pay cash and do not use insurance at all receive a 50% discount on the annual membership: $225 for individuals or $375 for families (regularly $450 and $750).
