Services
🌿 Functional & Integrative Medicine
As a Fellowship-Trained Integrative Medicine and IFM-Certified Physician, Dr. Rasnow-Hill brings extensive experience in identifying and treating the root causes of disease. She works together with the patient to uncover the underlying factors that contribute to suboptimal health and create a personalized, evidence-based care plan to restore balance.
This approach may include lifestyle changes, nutrition, natural remedies, supplements, and, when appropriate, select pharmaceuticals. Dr. Rasnow-Hill also uses both conventional and functional labs to provide additional diagnostic insight, ensuring that every step is grounded in science-backed treatments and tailored to the patient’s unique needs.
🌿 Obesity & Lifestyle Medicine
At Rasnow Integrative Wellness, we take a holistic, evidence-based approach to obesity treatment. Rather than focusing only on weight, we address the underlying factors that contribute to health challenges and create a plan centered on long-term wellness.
While medications may be an option, our primary focus is on the lifestyle components—nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress—that are essential for sustainable health. Weight-loss drugs are receiving a lot of attention in the media, but let us be clear: there is no quick fix.
After a thorough discussion of your health history and the risks and benefits, we may decide together to use medication as a supportive tool. But if you are seeking a prescription-only approach, this practice is likely not the right fit.
